The safe use of the CredibleMeds® lists of QT-prolonging medications requires being aware of any changes that are mede to the lists. Therefore, we wish to inform you of the following changes.
Changes made to classification of some antidepressants
Donepezil and cilostazol added to the list of of drugs with Known Risk of TdP. Torsemide added to the list of drugs with Conditional Risk of TdP. Atomoxetine added to the list of drugs with Possible Risk of TdP.
Fosphenytoin removed from two lists, Ciprofloxacin and Fluconazole moved to Known Risk of TdP list, and Propofol added to the list of drugs with Known Risk of TdP.
