Three new drugs added to QTdrugs.org Lists

On October 31st AZCERT added three new drugs to the QTdrugs List on the CredibleMeds website. 

The following drugs have been added to the Possible Risk of torsades de pointes (TdP) list because we have found evidence of QT prolongation but no convincing evidence of TdP at this time:

Encorafenib(Anticancer drug for melanoma)

Artemether+lumefantrine(Anti-malarial drug combination)

Dextromethorphan+Quinidine (Drug combination for pseudobulbar affect)
