Dear Registrant:

The safe use of the CredibleMeds® lists of medications requires awareness of any changes that are made to the lists. Therefore, we wish to inform you of the following changes.

We have reviewed the available evidence for the following three drugs and found convincing evidence that they can prolong the QT interval.
     - Osimertinib (Tagrisso®) – a drug for treatment of certain cancers
     - Cyamemazine, also known as cyamemprozine (Tercian®) – a drug for the treatment of schizophrenia
     - Lenvatinib (Lenvima®) – a drug for treatment of thyroid cancer

Therefore, osimertinib, cyamemazine and lenvatinib have been added to the list of drugs with Possible Risk of TdP. Also, because of the possible risk to patients with congenital Long QT syndrome, these drugs have been added to the list of Drugs to Avoid in patients with Congenital Long QT Syndrome if at all possible.
